Wrestling the only sport, everything else is a game
The Clark Crusaders Rec Wrestling program is a non-profit organization run strictly by community volunteers to promote growth in today's youth from ages 5-12 through the support and organization in the sport of wrestling. The program includes kids from both Clark and Garwood. The Crusaders participate in the Mid Jersey Youth Wrestling League, Mid Jersey Wrestling Senior League and Central Jersey Wrestling League.
Year after year, Clark Wrestling and its coaches strive to improve performance while making the sport fun and challenging for all. The program is targeted to develop kids at all ages and levels of experience and offers a unique opportunity to receive the personalized instruction, concentrated training and motivation necessary for wrestlers to reach their highest goals. It is never too early or too late to begin wrestling.
Aside from developing our youth, The Clark Recreation Wrestling program will serve as a consistent feeder and strong foundation for the Middle school, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Teams. With the continued support and participation of our young wrestlers and volunteer coaches, the Clark School teams will be reach their fullest potential to become a premier program worthy of continued success in local and state level competition.
2007-08 Season We are off to a great start this season, with record setting registration (20%) increase over last year and the start up of a Senior league for the Kupmf Middle school wrestlers. The instructional team has grown 15% over last year the seeds of the wrestling program. We are looking forward to a Great season.
