The Crusaders provide an open wrestling format for the youngest of our wrestlers. The instructional wrestlers will learn the fundamentals of wrestling through an open practice run by dedicated fathers and former wrestlers. This open format gives the youngest of wrestlers the opportunity to experience the sport of wrestling. The Crusaders also set up pure instructional matches within the Central Jersey Wrestling League and the Mid Jersey Wrestling League. These matches are low key and give the young wrestler the experience of wrestling in a comfortable setting.
"Central Jersey" Team The Clark Recreation "A" team is made up of our most experienced wrestlers in grades K-6 in each wieght class. Think of this as the varsity team. Wrestle- offs with the most experienced wreslters in each wieght class are held occasionaly to determine who will wrestle on the A team at the next match The Head Coach of this team is VInce Concina
The weight classes for this team are 50,54,58,62,66,70,74,78,82,86,90,95,100,110,120,HWT
"Mid Jersey" Team This team is made up of all other experienced wrestlers (Junior Varsity). They will compete in all matches and will wrestle same opponents with similar level of experience. They can also compete in tournaments.
